Print This  Save This E-mail This Talk About This ( 0 ) Question:  I was not able to attend the Bidders' Conference on Monday, 10/17/05.  May I still apply for a VPPSA grant?   Answer:   No.  Agencies that were unable to attend the mandatory bidders' conference may not apply for VPPSA funds.  (However, for agencies applying in partnership, only one of the partnering agencies is required to have attended the mandatory bidder’s conference.)
