Print This  Save This E-mail This Talk About This ( 0 ) Question:  When Proposals are turned in will someone sign and date the forms?   Answer:    Yes, when you turn in your proposal, the front desk will provide you with a receipt.  The receipt will indicate the time and date your proposal was submitted and be signed by City staff.  It will not verify that your proposal is complete.    Please remember, all proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on November 10th, 2005, at the Department of Human Services, 150 Frank Ogawa Plaza, 4th Floor.  Late applications will not be accepted.  Doors will be locked at 5:00 p.m. on that day.
