Print This  Save This E-mail This Talk About This ( 0 ) Question:  Who are the evaluators?  How will VPPSA funded programs work with the VPPSA Evaluator?  Even though there is an independent Evaluator, do you recommend some funds for applying agency’s staff to work with the Evaluator?   Answer:    An outside evaluator is currently being solicited through an RFP process that will be completed in December 2005.  The evaluator will be working collaboratively with you to further refine your logic model and your quantifiable results to make sure everything works for the overall results for Measure Y.  We ask for you to include funding for evaluation within your overhead rate, and in your staffing considerations, so that it becomes part of your indirect overhead rate.
