For the Project Choice program strategy, is only $200 allowed for flexible funding for each participant?

Question: For the Project Choice program strategy, is only $200 allowed for flexible funding for each participant?

Answer:

$200 is the minimum in flexible funding that must be set aside for each participant.  More than $200 per participant may be budgeted.  It is understood that $200 (or more, depending on your proposal) is an average allocation, and that some participants will receive more or less than this amount.
