Does the lead agency need to provide anything more from partners than filling in page 6 on the Preliminary Proposal form?

Question: Does the lead agency need to provide anything more from partners than filling in page 6 on the Preliminary Proposal form?

Answer:

Not at this time.  MOUs and Letters of Support will need to be developed if you are asked to submit a final proposal.  At this point, however, a verbal agreement is fine.  You should, however, expect the contact person listed in your Preliminary Proposal to receive a call from City of Oakland staff regarding the partnership.
