Alameda Family Services
This program is the sole support services provider to target runaway and homeless teens age 13-19 in all of Alameda County.  DreamCatcher Emergency Youth Shelter and Support Center provides youth with shelter, meals, case management, counseling, academic and employment support, computer access, laundry & hygiene supplies, and an alternative environment to streets.
ASSETS
ASSETS Seniors Employment Opportunities Program provides subsidized employment and training services to low income seniors age 55+. 
Bay Area Legal Aid
Oakland Safety Net Project aims to increase self-sufficiency by providing access to free civil legal services for people living in poverty throughout Oakland.
First Place Fund for Youth
Healthy Transitions Project targets youths ages 15-24 who are preparing to leave the foster care system.  The Program provides intensive supportive to the youth housing, education, employment, life skills development and community connections to ensure healthy transition to adulthood.
St. Mary's Center
St. Mary’s Center assists over 350 homeless and at risk seniors, especially those who are mentally ill, substance abusers, or dually diagnosed, to increase mental stability, eliminate or reduce dependence on drugs /alcohol, increase and manage their income, stabilize health and find permanent housing.
Oakland Army Base Workforce Collaborative
Oakland Army Base Workforce Development Collaborative will expand TWC Bridge Program and placement services to low-income residents of Oakland.
Volunteers of America Bay Area
The VOABA Reentry Housing Initiative will assist ex-offenders returning to Oakland, CA who lack the support and resources necessary to facilitate successful transition.
